Clyde,

I found the problem with the part.  It was a 3 part package, and one of the
parts had a 'parttype' attribute different to the other two.  It was a very
subtle difference, not easy to see it when you've been staring at a computer
screen all day long!!

If you browse parts in explorer window, I'm sure someplace you're going to
find another U25 somewhere. There's always a reason for this stuff to
happen.
