temporary tablespace grow up to 10GB. I tried to
sxhrink it and have error message:

  alter database tempfile
'/u/oradata/DECDB/temp01DECDB.dbf' resize
  2000m
  *
  ERROR at line 1:
ORA-03297: file contains used data beyond requested
RESIZE value

Anyone know how to fix it?

Another question is for ORACLE Cold backup do I need
