latch: undo global data

We are seeing a significant number of these as being
reported by ADDM Report (10.1.0.4).
The suggestions as on Metalink point to have us
increase the rollback segments, but since we are using
Auto UNDO, how is that supposed to be done? Any other
suggestions?
