Did some research and looks like it is supported to manage 11.2.0.4 via
srvctl from 11.2.0.4 OH while having GI 12.1.0.2 .
The only thing left is why adding this db to cluster the oracle binaries
owner changed from oinstall -> asmdba :) ?
And how to make oinstall the permanent binary owner ?
