dbms_application_info

Being lazy here, I have a largish application that i have inherited, it is
a collection of a bunch of procedures/packages etc.
I'd like to have some basic instrumentation in there
(dbms_application_info), and rather than doing it by hand, wondering if any
automated tool/actip exists that would do it from me?
