db migration from linux to linux

We are planning for a migration of Oracle 10.2.0.5 db from the one server to 
another server on the same OS (linux to linux). Planning to use rman cloning. 

 

Which will be better rman or data pump (expdp/impdp).

 

Appreciate your thoughts on this.
