Hi Joe, I think this is pretty common - I see the same thing all the time when
I refresh databases via exp/imp. I don't even remember for sure off the top of
my head because it's been years since I looked into it, but I'm guessing it's
just that there are dependencies that aren't yet in place during the import so
that's why the compile fails during the import, but succeeds after completion
of all the objects.
