Yes, so lpng as the reporting tool (Oracle Reports, Oracle Discoverer,
Business Objects, Crystal Reports &c) you're using has a print
function.  There are a number of packages, most of which act as
printer drivers and are only available for Windows, which will output
a PDF file instead of printed pages.

If you can get the data into an XML compliant format I'm told that
converting it to PDF is just a case of creatign the right XSLT script
and having an XML parser.

At the most primitive I suppose you could use OpenOffice.org or
StarOffice.  Get the data into the Writer, wordprocessing, (or Calc,
spreadsheet, or even Impress, presentation)  app somehow (import the
file or Copy+Paste from SQL*Plus) then use the export to PDF function.
