advise for memory database Timesten

Hello All,
Hope every one is doing great!!
I am working as core Oracle DBA, could you please advise me whats the scope
of growth in memory database carrer wise for a Oracle DBA. As this is a new
environment for me. Is it advisable to divert the attention from core
Oracle DBA carrer to Times ten database admin.
Please advise.
