default account in 10 has a 10 failed logins set by default.
you might want to check if someone is trying to login via a batch job and does
not have thr ight password or changer the profile to not have 10 failed logins.

We have a user account that keeps locking. I
have the default profile set so there are no constraints on the account.
When I look at it with OEM it tells me that it is LOCKED(TIMED). Is
it timing out for some reason?
