Thanks for your input Karl. I tried this net use \\node2\c$
<file:///\\node2\c$> (while logged in node1) it worked but when is
trying with net use \\node1\c$ <file:///\\node1\c$> (being on node1) it
ask for user/pass and I provided the administrator credentials which
failed with System Error 86.

Try repeating the net use commands .... and it should come out fine...

D:\clusterware>net use \\winrac11g2\c$

Local name

Remote name \\winrac11g2\c$

Resource type Disk

Status OK

# Opens 0

# Connections 1

The command completed successfully.

D:\clusterware>

D:\clusterware>net use \\winrac11g1\c$

Local name

Remote name \\winrac11g1\c$

Resource type Disk

Status OK

# Opens 0

# Connections 1

The command completed successfully.

Then...

C:\OracleInstallers\clusterware>runcluvfy.bat stage -pre crsinst -n
host1,host2 -r 11gR1 -verbose
