Windows 2008 n 11gR1 clusterware

Hello All,
Env - Windows 2008 on x64, Clusterware 11gR1,
When running the following pre-check
F:\dump\runcluvfy.bat stage -pre crsinst -n
WIN-FDQ5.localdomain,WIN-5ZHS.localdomain
It passed each test except the following error
Path "C:\Windows\temp\" does not exist and cannot be created on nodes
There is full control on this directory and my TMP and TEMP environment
variables are pointing to this folder. Any help would be much
appreciated.
