KTFBHC shows the Bitmap Header Control in KTF (Tablespace/File
Management) and BFE is Bitmap Free Extents (crudely like FET$ in old
DMT tablespaces). If you are looking for a true size (usable size) use
the BHCUSZ (Usable Space?) and this excludes the header space, extent
maps etc.
