Hi Michael,
using ZFS by any chance? If yes - please truss a process (e.g. DBWR) and check
for the following exemplary errors:

14051/1: kaio(AIOWAIT, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF) Err#22 EINVAL
14051/1: kaio(AIOWAIT, 0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF) Err#22 EINVAL

.. if so you are hitting a known Solaris / ZFS bug (but can not find the
corresponding ID right now).
