do we   need the PSU 1  to be applied on 11.2.0.2  if it is not a clustered
database.
I have 11.2.0.2  on ASM  and single instance . and I was able to  upgrade
both ASM/GI and the DB  to 11.2.0.3  without applying any PSU  to the
11.2.0.2 .

did I miss anything .

appreciate any suggestion.....
