I have seend UNDO growing very quickly when running large jobs with a high
UNDO_RETENTION.
With RBS I could set Optimal, then Shrink and then unset Optimal or,
easier, Offline, Drop and Create.
With Undo and undo_retention of 1 hour, sometimes I have to wait for a day
or so till I find
that I can shrink the Undo Tablespace datafile down [or create a new Undo
TBS, Drop and Create !]
