What Niall said, plus:
* How does your boss "know" that there is a weblogic connection pool problem?
* Assuming that there is one, I'd be having a look in the Weblogic logs first
of all - there's bound to be a very wordy, long winded Java stack trace in
there somewhere. Buried in that output will be a message - hopefully giving
details of what went wrong and possibly, an Oracle error code.
* I hate Weblogic! ;-)
