Statsitics information with DBMS_STATS

Which data dictionary table will get updated after the generation of statistics 
with DBMS_STATS package in Oracle 9i. The column last_analyzed in

dba_tables is not getting updated after generating statistics with dbms_stats. 
Where do I check this information.
