Service chargebacks

Hi List,

Can anyone recommend any good articles or resources dealing with company charge 
backs for Oracle DBA services?  I know the "How many databases per DBA" topic 
has flown around here in the past, and is partly related.  However, I am trying 
to look at this more from the team management perspective.
