Read only access to Packages SOurce COde

I am using Toad and using the User B to view database
object created by User A. THis select priviliges is
been provided by granting SELECT on all SCHAME A
database object so ROLE and assigning Role to USER B,
Now user B cannot see the Source COde of User A and I
don't wnat ot give execute priviliges to User B.
Any workaround
