RMAN Job using OEM 10g

Hi
Running a RMAN job using OEM Job and able to do the archive backup of 9i
database with no error but 10g Databases archive backup are filing with error
ld.so.1: rman: fatal: relocation error: file
/u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/bin/rman: dymbol kgslctx_" referenced symbol not
found
It is Solaris 10g environment.
There are other 10g server but all are working on others.
Is Oracle OEM uses oracle user on target server for environment variable
setting. Look like it is doing fine with 9i env but not 10g. All bacup goes to
same NAS storage available on all servers.
Any idea to look for.
