Patch 9.2.0.6 and Alert #68

If you're wondering if 9206 includes Alert #68 Patches, yes, it does.
At least one document mentions #68, but is unclear on whether it
is included or not. ( 283899.1 )
Document 283897.1 does state that Alert #68 patches are included
in the patch set.
