Just to follow up. The issue has been resolved after I changed registry
key to

local_only = false
ocrconfig_loc = G:\cdata\crs\data.ocr

on the node. G drive is the one that can be seen from both nodes.

Thanks for the help.

The values should be the same. I assume the OCR locations are pointing
to the same OCR devices? Though I don't like the name of "local.ocr".
Makes me wonder if there's more wrong there.

2-node Rac on windows, oracle version =10.2.02, crs version =10.2.03

I tried to start OracleCRService on one node and it faied (the other
node is OK).
 <snip>

I found my node has registry key "ocrconfig_loc" values different on two
nodes:

One this node:
local_only = true
ocrconfig_loc = F:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\cdata\localhost\local.ocr

On the other node (which everything is fine there):
local_only = false
ocrconfig_loc = G:\cdata\crs\data.ocr

My question: should ocrconfig_loc setting be the same on two nodes? I
could not figure out the root cause of my problem.
