Oracle Grid Infrastructure installation issue

Hi,
Iam trying to setup an two node Oracle 11.2.0.1 RAC on RHEL 5.4 using a
virtual Box.
Before installing the Grid Infrastructure , I ran the runcluvfy for pre
crsinst and verified that there was no failures.
So i continued to install Grid Infrastructure and it went file . When it
prompt to run root.sh on both nodes , i started the root.sh in my first
node and i got the below error after some time.

I could not able to proceed further with my installation..Can you please
help me out to find out the issue which i am facing here.
I am attaching the rootagentlog and alert log of node1.
Please do the needful.
