Open Source [or free] tool for Data cleansing

Hi
We use Oracle 10.2.0.4.0. At the moment I do data scrubbing with SQL
scripts. The SQL commands quite simple.
Now I need to give this task to customer. The customer understands very
well the data, but don't know SQL.
Is there any graphical tool that can support him? To see automatically
anomaly in data?
