may know one of more souls out there who have been down sized & is still
looking. Please reply to me off line. This is in Andover MA, USA:
Permanent full time senior-level position within the
HelpDesk/Desktop organization for internal company employee support in a
Windows based manufacturing environment. Primary role involves
assisting with call center support and ticketing duties (problems and
service); desktop/hardware (builds, rebuild/recovery) and
software/application support (installs and troubleshooting), and other
internal IT project involvement. Technical proficiency and experience
in NT/W2K/XP and Microsoft applications, customer service, trouble
shooting, hardware experience with DELL/Compaq required. Must research,
resolve, and respond to highly complex problems in accordance with
current standards. Hours are 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Required: formal corporate HelpDesk/Call Center support (3-5
years) supporting more than 500 users; excellent communication skills
(verbal and written); customer focus; independent worker and a team
player. Must be able to troubleshoot and determine/address root cause
failures. Must have experience with the following: DELL/Compaq PCs;
Microsoft applications/Outlook; AD/Exchange; Ghost supporting more than
500 users. Support Magic, asset management, GPO, IIS, SQLServer,
Neoteris/SSL (remote access) a plus. =20
