The article says "Oracle9i Release 9.0.2 is used for the practicum". I
don't think it's fair that they use a secret, unreleased version to test

I haven't take it, but I'd be willing to bet there's an agreement even
beyond the typical certification exams that restricts candidates from
discussing the content of the practicum.  However, these sites have some
great information.
