The best way is to call the app team. Short of that, if the messenger service 
is not turned off, you can run

nbtstat -A <app server IP>

to see who's on the Windows box. If you can access the box, check Event Viewer 
security to see who logged on some time before v$session.logon_time.

Client machine name? It's v$session.machine or terminal.
