Stefano, I did not see this post before I responded again. About the CRS-0259 error. Is the database you want to add owned by a different user then the grid infrastructure? And is this user added to the os after the last restart of grid infrastructure? If so, and the groups are correctly configured, then you probably can solve this by restarting grid infrastructure (or by killing the ohasd.bin process).
