Migrate Oracle XE to SE or EE

Hi List,
Has anyone done migrating Oracle Express Edition to SE or EE ?
Can you share some quick notes, reference, tips, or caveats... ?

To upgrade Oracle Database 10g Express Edition (Oracle Database XE) to
Oracle Database 11g, you need to install Oracle Database 11g on the
same system as Oracle Database XE and use the Database Upgrade
Assistant to perform the upgrade.
Well, I could take the DBUA route, and I still have to check on the
manual upgrade, or I could do the EXPDP.. anyweis the data limit is
only 4GB on XE so that would be quick..
