Really kind of a pain in the (you know where), but he (Richard Miller) suggested the following: 1. Rename the SR section to "Technical Service Requests" 2. Click the "Customize Page" link (upper right corner) and add another "Service Requests" section. 3. Change the filter on it to only show the non-technical SR's. 4. Rename it to "Non-Technical Service Requests".
