I am a Oracle DBA , working currently on SQL Server and worked with Oracle-Sybase data transfer during 2001-2006; For start i would recommend Sybase SQL Server 11 by SAMS publishing (Ray Rankins, Jeffrey R.Garbus, David Solomon, and Bennett W.McEwan). I find the book useful for starters. As it is in any other situation, you can club this with google.
