In Metalink's Patches &Updates, choose "Microsoft Windows (32-bit)" for the
dropdown platform and you should find the 10.2.0.3 patch. In the readme for
that patch it says that 2003 is one of the prerequisite platforms.
It's confusing that Metalink still has "Microsoft Windows 2003" listed on
that page. I wish they'd clean that up...

Hello,
I tried to upgrade to 10.2.0.1 (I am not able to find 10.2.02 or 10.2.0.3
for Windows server 2003, 32).
Right now under Host configuration Oracle software is 10.2.0.3:
Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Console 10.2.03.0
Oracle Enterprise Manager Repository Database 10.2.0.3.0
Oracle Management Agent 10.2.0.3.0
But the database is still ?Oracle Database 10g 10.1.0.4.0?
