Export incident rules from OEM 12 to OEM 13

Hello,

it seams there is no way to export incident rules from OEM ver 12 (there is MOS note saying that), but maybe You know some clever way to do this ?

I have to migrate (not in place ) from one oem 12 to oem 13.3 and that would save a lot of manual work.
