Event dispatcher listen timer

Hi
I have a 10.2.0.4 RAC on linux 64b with 2 nodes, and doing AWR report of one
instance is showing me this:

Im searching info about dispatcher listen timer, but didnt read anything
really interesting that can help me understand what is causing this. Im not
using MTS.
Maybe someone have seen it before an can help me a little to where to look?
