I see your version information IS there. I should put a filter on my fingers
before I drink my coffee.

I hope my other comments helped.

From the error message stack it appears you are getting a shared memory
allocation error. At a glance I'm not sure whether that is in your instance
or the ASM instance.

Without your version and patch details it is impossible to know whether some
bugs may apply (6224011 and 8813366 are possibilities), or whether you
simply do not have enough shared pool available.

The possibilities are wide ranging. Is ASM still available for other
sessions? You could simply have too little memory in the ASM configuration,
or it could be some complicated subpool issue with a high CPU count.

Figuring out *where* (which instance) you are running out of shared_pool to
allocate and *why* I would think is your next step.
