Downgrading to Standard Edition

My management is looking at the idea of downgrading some of our servers
to Standard Edition.  In order to be completely compliant with the
license, do I have to reinstall the Oracle software using the Standard
Edition disks or is it sufficient that we simply not use any of the EE
features?
