You can look in the dba_directories view.
SQL> desc dba_directories
Name Null? Type
----------------------------------------- -------- ----------------------------
OWNER NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
DIRECTORY_NAME NOT NULL VARCHAR2(30)
DIRECTORY_PATH VARCHAR2(4000)
