Hi Suresh,

Not sure I understand what you mean by saying "to directly RMAN copy".
You can try to use the DBMS_FILE_TRANSFER package to copy archived log files ((http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/appdev.111/b28419/d_ftran.htm#i999064)).
