Statistics (except for system statistics) are associated with objects.
When objects are dropped, the statistics are dropped as well.
Imports that exclude statistics will do what you expect them to
do--import the objects but not populate statistics for them.

Hi,
I dropped all objects from my database.
When I import a database dump with 'exclude statistics ' option, will
any statistics be present in my database already . Do I have to
explicitly delete the statistics after import/after dropping objects.
