Other than a tool, you could modify one of your k-shell scripts that cycle through the oratab file, or grabs the oracle_homes out of 'ps -ef | grep tns...', use a convention that or pass phrase to modify make the password unique for each listener, and change it. It is not a ready made tool, but you could run the same program on each server.
