Srini,

We've been using it in production on 9.2.0.6 since the middle of last
year with very few problems.  Its a bit limited, but it works.  Its
only a log table and an internal DML trigger in the end, so there's
not really a great deal to go wrong.

Incidently, we tried streams in 9.2 but it fell over immediately
because the source tables had function-based indexes on them.
