Absolutely correct, but if memory serves me right it has to be crsctl replace 
in 11.2 for the voting disks. I also recommend ocrconfig -manualbackup just in 
case something goes wrong.

Ethan, You can just move the OCR and Vote disks to new volume (crsctl
add/drop css votedisk, ocrconfig replace ocr/ocrmirror)  and drop the
disk groups.
