Go to google.com
Create an account (or sign in if you have one).
Go to your account page.
Scroll down, at the bottom beneath "Account Management" there's a link
to "Search settings" - click it. (It's strangely only visible on the
first entry to your account!)
Scroll down. "Blocking unwanted sites".
Click the link.
If you have an account thien this might take you directly there to block
unwanted sites: https://www.google.com/reviews/t?hl=en
