My environment is an Oracle client 10.2.0.3 running on Linux
2.6.9-42.Elsmp.

We we try to run the Peregrine client we get:

10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14 Could not load shared library
./sqoracle.oci10.so
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14   libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14 Could not load shared library
sqoracle.oci10.so
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14   libclntsh.so.10.1: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14  sqoracle.oci10.so could not be loaded.
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14 If sqoracle.oci10.so is included in this SC
package,please check the path where it is loaded and set it correctly
 10465 04/27/2007 05:54:14 Error populating pointers to SQL functions

I copied sqoracle.oci10.so to $ORACLE_HOME/lib. When I cd to this
directory and run
          ldd sqoracle.oci10.so, I get:

        linux-gate.so.1 =>  (0xffffe000)
        libclntsh.so.10.1 => not found
        libgcc_s.so.1 => /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 (0xf7fc2000)
        libc.so.6 => /lib/tls/libc.so.6 (0xf7e97000)
        /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x56555000)

Any ideas what is going on here?

Thanks,
Peter Schauss
