AIX - Data Guard and 3114 error

Hi,
Looking for some well know bugs / issues in relation to AIX and Data
Guard configuration.
There are ORA-03114 errors during writing to standby database and
check sum mismatch on Data Guard side.
File copy from one to other box using scp looks ok.
