It is supported if you look at the certification matrix however you're
crazy not to go with 64 bit
unless you have something that prohibits you from doing that
From cert matrix for Win 2003 64 bit and Oracle 10R2.....
Certified on both 32-bit and 64-bit

Patch Sets
iSQL*Plus version 10.2.0.3.0 and higher is certified on this
operating system.
