11g SPM experiences?

Any experiences with SPM in your 11g environments?

Are you manually reviewing/evolving plans with SQL Plan Management?
Are you letting SPM evolve for you?

Do you find that you are able to effectively manage the SQL Plan baselines once 
you enabled capture?
