have been released in the
last 2 days

The Bug Note however "Bug 17332800 - Wrong results with IOTs and fix of bug
13705338 present (Doc ID 17332800.8)" was last updated October 1 2013 - and
this includes 11.2.0.3.7 in the list of versions confirmed as being
affected...
