Hi all, nothing to add really to Tim's reply. Just one more: you might have to "pin" your nodes to run pre 11.2 databases on 11.2 CRS. You can use the olsnodes -s -t command to check if they are. When upgrading all nodes are pinned (Oracle obviously knows that there are pre 11.2 databases) automatically, but when adding a < 11.2 RDBMS home they won't be.
